Anne Smith
Anne’s
more than 30 years of experience in both communication
and management fields in Europe, Africa and North America
make her especially effective in conducting training,
facilitating communications, partnering, organizational
analysis, and facilitating cultural change for organizations
dealing with complex issues.
In addition to serving as a management consultant,
a facilitator on many partnering efforts, and conducting
hundreds of training sessions across the country, Anne
was the national director of training for a large national
architectural/engineering firm with 23 offices. She has
written numerous published articles on project management,
partnering, quality management, mediation, motivation
and facilitation.
Gordon Culp
Forty years as a consultant have given Gordon a broad
base of expertise in management, training, facilitation,
workshops, and hundreds of highly acclaimed public speaking
engagements.
Gordon’s business background is both extensive
and diverse. He has conducted organizational development
studies for many organizations, assisted many in the planning
and implementation of quality improvement, and has conducted
numerous training on project management. His business
knowledge and management expertise includes 13 years spent
founding and running his own 50-person consulting company
of Culp, Wesner, Culp. Upon acquiring the business, HDR
Engineering appointed him Executive Vice President of
the national engineering company, where he served for
seven years.
He has authored nine books and more than 100 published
papers on topics such as business strategies, quality
improvement, effective negotiation skills, and improving
team performance.
